For the North Jersey spots, absolutely. Kearny Point offers shuttle services to nearby PATH and NJ Transit stations, while Gateway Center and Newport Tower are essentially built on top of transit hubs. In Central and South Jersey, however, a car is still generally a necessity for the daily grind.
