What’s the “Metroburb” concept I keep hearing about?

It’s a term coined by the creators of Bell Works. It refers to a self-contained “urban” environment—complete with shops and dining—placed in a suburban location. It’s designed to give suburban workers the amenities of a city without the brutal commute.
