Kearny Point is one of the few locations in New Jersey that works in partnership with the NJ Ignite Program to offer free rent.

If you can answer YES to the following questions, you may be eligible for up to 10 months of free rent ($15,000 max credit) at Kearny Point’s Building 78.¹

¹ In order to be eligible for the NJ Ignite subsidy, the total lease term must by twice the period of the free rent period minus one month. Free rent will be made available once the tenant has completed its rental payment requirement under the lease.
